If you decide to take part in one of our studies we will ask you for permission to contact your GP.  We request a medical report from your doctor to ensure that you have no underlying health issues that would prevent you from taking part. 

Should you be eligible to take part we will notify your GP and keep them updated throughout the study. 

We will also inform your GP of any relevant test results which may assist them in your day to day care.
